Kamilla is a professional actress with experience working on stage, radio and screen. Varying between main and supporting roles has allowed her to develop a diverse performance and drama skill base, which includes singing, dance, acting, writing and collaboration skills. This has enabled her to start building a strong foundation as a professional casting agent, by prompting further discipline, confidence, and reliability whilst approaching each role with empathy and compassion.

Having always shown a keen interest in working with young people and have gained experience in both formal and informal education settings. Kamilla has been able to develop her experience of teaching and learning, in addition to devising her own understanding and theoretical knowledge of drama, both from an educational and pedagogical perspective.
Training and working as a professional actress has been beneficial to Kamilla's career as a drama teacher/practitioner within primary and secondary education as well as performing artist.

Kamilla founded Minwood Lane with the intention of sharing her passion and knowledge with her community. Minwood Lane is wholly committed to applying performance and drama to developing work with social and political objectives, furthermore to encourage collaborative learning. Allowing students and artists to be expressive, learn life skills and recognise the importance of self-evaluation and growth through the performing arts.
